Ok. You might think that due to the ongoing pandemic, there are limitations in celebrating Valentine’s Day this year. That is simply not true!

We’ve already adapted to the new norm and even if all the restaurants are open for dining in- not all couples celebrate Valentine’s Day by going out on Valentine’s Day!

Below are 6 tips on how to ace your Valentine’s Day celebration.

#1 Gift a personalized gift

In order for you to give a good gift, you need to already know her preferences based on how she shows up!

For example, if she wears perfume, or if she works out, adopts a specific lifestyle, follows certain beauty routines, etc., these are all helpful to you in selecting a meaningful gift for her, if you’ve been paying attention.

Buy her something that is meaningful to her! For example, if you know that she has been collecting cute stamps or certain types of crystals, this is the perfect time to buy her something that you know she would absolutely love compared to general non-personalized gifts!

#2 Plan fun outdoor activities

Since the pandemic restricts our ability to be around other people, activities that take advantage of nature, such as camping, hiking, picnics at a park, strolling on a beach, weekend getaways at resorts, horseback riding, watching sunrise/sunset together would all be great ideas.

There are so many opportunities to explore the outdoors. Depending on which part of the country you are in, search what’s available in your area!

#3 Take virtual classes together

Ok, if you have just started dating online and haven’t yet met in person due to Covid, you can engage in virtual activities together.

You can watch a virtual concert with her, or take virtual classes together such as cocktail making classes, cooking classes, or workout classes. You can even have a virtual romantic dinner together to create memories and shared experiences on this Valentine’s Day!

#4 Plan romantic at-home activities

If you have met in person already and have dated for some time, you can plan some at-home fun activities such as cook dinner together, followed by some fun games, and end the night with a movie marathon!

And based on how close and how much intimacy you’ve shared, if you have already been intimate, you can also plan something more sensual and romantic, such as have breakfast in bed, take turns giving each other sensual massages, cuddle with each other while listening to a playlist of songs that you both love, etc.

#5 Embody love

In order for you to create the loving atmosphere or embody love on this special day, don’t forget to show her how special she is with classic gifts such as her favorite flowers, balloons, V day card, candies, teddy bear, etc. Just remember anything that symbolizes love or romance is good to consider.

#6 Tell Your Love Story

The best gift comes from your heart. Thus, if you can DIY a gift that tells your love story, that would definitely win her heart and make her melt!

For example, DIY a V-Day picture frame with a picture of the two of you together and add some personalized romantic phrases that represent your love story that both of you know.

In addition, you can also write a “20 reasons why I will always love you” list by handwriting the 20 things that you love about her, and framing the list. Remember, it’s not about how much money you spend but rather, how much thought you put into these gifts.

I hope this video gives you some creative ideas on how to ace your Valentine’s Day this year!

Happy Valentine’s Day!

As always, I love you more.
